I am currently a Fellow in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. I previously taught at the University of Oxford, where I also received my doctorate in International Relations. I am a Member of the Senior Common Room at St Antony's College.

My primary research interests are in the field of international political economy, the multilateral trading system (agriculture focus), the conceptual analysis of power and legitimacy, international relations theory, and political sociology. I have a particular interest in the work of Pierre Bourdieu.
