I am currently a Departmental Lecturer in International Political Economy at the University of Oxford, where I also received my doctorate in International Relations in 2008. I am a Member of the Senior Common Room at St Antony's College. I previously taught at the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Fellow in International Political Economy.
My primary research interests are in the field of international political economy, the multilateral trading system (agriculture focus), the conceptual analysis of power and legitimacy, international relations theory, and political sociology. I have a particular interest in the work of Pierre Bourdieu.
